Fresno City College (FCC) is located in Fresno, California, USA. It was founded in 1910 and is the first community college in California and the second in the United States. As part of the State Center Community College District, FCC serves approximately 34,000 students each year, offering more than 120 associate degrees and 96 certificate programs covering popular majors such as nursing, firefighting, police, automotive technology, and dental hygiene. The school also offers transfer guarantee courses (SB1440) and has established transfer agreements with California State University and the University of California system. The FCC campus is located in downtown Fresno and has historic buildings and modern facilities.
