Georgia State University Perimeter College is a two-year college under Georgia State University. It was founded in 1964 (formerly known as DeKalb College) and merged into GSU in 2016. It has five urban campuses in Alpharetta, Clarkston, Decatur, Dunwoody, and Newton, as well as online courses, offering 30+ associate degrees, nursing, business and other popular programs, with a student-teacher ratio of about 19:1.
