Overview

Tallahassee Community College (renamed Tallahassee State College in 2024) was founded in 1966 and is located in the suburbs of Tallahassee, the capital of Florida, covering an area of about 200 acres. The college offers more than 100 associate degree, professional certificate and four bachelor's degree programs, covering popular fields such as nursing, technology, business, and public safety. TCC is known for its high transfer rate, with about 75% of students transferring to Florida State University or Florida A&M University within one year. In addition, the college offers small class teaching, academic counseling and complete student support services, and is committed to providing practical-oriented education to the community.
