Tidewater Community College (TCC) is a public, two-year higher education institution in South Hampton Roads, Virginia. Founded in 1968, TCC serves the cities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, and portions of Suffolk. With four campuses and various centers, it is the largest provider of higher education and workforce services in the region.
