The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) was founded in 1947 and is one of the largest public online universities in the United States, part of the University of Maryland System. UMGC is specifically designed to provide flexible learning opportunities for working adults, military personnel, and their families, offering over 135 bachelor's, master's, and certificate programs across fields such as business, cybersecurity, information technology, education, and health sciences.
